I led design and UX efforts on a new website design for Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, a private, not-for-profit community healthcare system serving North Florida and South Georgia. The goal was to create a mobile-direct user experience that could help users find content fast and easy, while enhancing brand perception and delivering a modern website experience. The design accomplished this in several ways:

• Completely new design system that enhanced the existing brand identity for digital application
• Accessibility was at the forefront, impacting typography, color palette, layouts, and more
• Integrating provider, location, and service searches to deliver users what they need, when they need it
• Providing users with a sense of delight with selective animations, polished to feel just right
• Working with content strategist from the very start to deliver an effective UX that made sense strategically

The page layouts were built with flexibility in mind, knowing that some service areas would have more content demands than others. A variety of layouts and components — like cards, promo blocks, listings, etc. — allows the client to choose the right elements for their needs, rather than being stuck with just one choice.
